Spring 2018 TIMELINE

Springtime Aesthetics Hunt 2018 Timeline

Preparations have begun for the Springtime Aesthetics Hunt 2018. The hunts starts on February 17th and ends March 31st. We are working hard to get this hunt set up for you and our time is just as precious as your time.


Please follow the time-line as we have things planned out to make the hunt run smoothly.

Sept 30th

The Autumnal Aesthetics Hunt 2017 ends.

Oct 1st

https://aesthetichuntssl.blogspot.com/ will be updated.

Oct 7th

Applications for merchants and sponsors will be opened at 12:00pm(noon) SLT. Apps. are time-stamped, and the line-up will be determined by 1st come, 1st served, with sponsors moving to the top.

You must join the group 72 hours after receiving acceptance letter.

Jan 15th

Applications will be closed.

Jan 15th

All sponsor information and logos to be used for advertisement must be received by this date to assure your ad on the blog, however, you should send all this info to us as soon as you have been accepted as a sponsor.

Feb 1st

Gift Photos and hints must be given to Mikolish Orion prior to Feb 1st. This gives us time to get everything set up on the website. You do not have to have the hunt object out yet, but please make your hint reflect where you gift will be.

Feb 1st & 2nd

First walk-through-please have your hunt kiosk displayed close to your landing point or at your regular hunt poster location. We will check them on Feb 1st and 2nd.

Feb 5th

Final packages sent out on Feb 5th.

Feb 11th

The line-up with SLURLs will be removed from the blog until the kick-off party.

Feb 12th

Hunt objects and hint-givers should be out by the end of the day on the 12th.

Feb 13th-14th

Final walk- through Please have your final hunt kiosk rezzed and your landmark or SLURL accurate, have your hunt object out at the final location by the 12th for walk-through on the 13th and 14th.

Feb 17th

Hunt starts with a kick-off party at 2:00 pm SLT

March 31st

Hunt Ends
